The Arab Council for Youth (ACFY) is an Arab initiative aiming to serve youth development worldwide; it was founded at the recommendation of the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities in its fifty-third session, which was held at Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University.
The ACFY was established as part of the efforts of the General Secretariat of the Association of Arab Universities emanating from the Arab League. It is one of the institutions of joint Arab action to overcome the challenges facing young people worldwide in achieving the SDGs.
The ACFY is a global social responsibility initiative from the Association of Arab Universities and Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University (PMU).

Message From The Chairman Of The Board
In the light of the challenges facing the world in general and the youth in particular, in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations, the Association of Arab Universities of the Arab League, has joined efforts with Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in KSA to establish the Arab Council for Youth (ACFY).
Through these efforts, we aim for youth enablement, empowerment and engagement in building a world that is reshaped for the wellbeing of all humanity. Our project will achieve this goal employing education, technology, science and talent for a better future.
Message from the Secretary-General
The Arab Council for Youth is a collaborative initiative between the Association of Arab Universities and Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University. Its overarching goal is to empower youth globally by promoting their development in critical areas such as education, entrepreneurship, innovation, and overall well-being. As part of this mission, the Arab Council for Youth seeks to establish connections between Arab and international youth councils, leveraging these relationships to facilitate global youth development. The approach is to focus on fostering leadership and global competencies, by providing youth with the tools and resources they need to develop these skills, therefore the Council aims to prepare them to tackle the challenges associated with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
